Complete processing line

The plant consists of an integrated line for shredding, dosing and extrusion, designed for the continuous processing of plastic materials.

Each stage is optimised to ensure a constant flow of material and efficient processing, reducing impurities and variability in the final product.

The line’s configuration allows for the processing of various types of plastic materials, ensuring stable performance and adaptability to production requirements.

Production process

1 - Collection and preparation

Plastic materials from industrial and post-consumer sources are selected and prepared for entry into the line, ensuring a controlled processing base.

2 - Feeding

The material is loaded via conveyor belts and fed continuously to the shredder, ensuring a constant and regular flow.

3 - Shredding

The plastic material is reduced in size by an industrial shredder, resulting in a uniform particle size suitable for the subsequent stages.

4 - Dosing and stabilisation

The shredded material is regulated via dosing systems, ensuring a continuous feed and the operational stability of the plant.

5 - Extrusion and processing

The material is melted and reprocessed using an industrial extruder, creating a homogeneous plastic mass ready for final processing.

6 - Granulation and storage

The material is transformed into plastic pellets and subsequently collected in storage systems (Big Bags), ready for distribution and industrial use.
